Congratulations are in order for HSOG members Clare Grisham and Louise Heidish!!  They won prestigious awards at the Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon on August 22, 2014.

Clare received a Woman of Distinction Award and Louise received the Christine Richard Lifetime Achievement Award.   This award honors the memory of a beloved community leader, and long-time HSOG member, whose contributions had far-reaching impact in the North Alabama area.

All proceeds from the luncheon directly supports the Girl Scouts’ mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
